Registered Nurse - ICU/CCU - Night Shift
About The Position
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team in the ICU/CCU. The role involves assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions and progress; administering medications and treatments according to care plans; communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members; and supporting quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards. This is a full-time position of 36 hours per week, scheduled as three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with an every-other-weekend rotation. The position is eligible for an $18,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year employment commitment to Munson Healthcare; terms and conditions apply. Employees must meet the stated vaccination or immunity requirements, including annual flu vaccination or an approved medical or religious exemption.
Requirements
- Licensed RN in the State of Michigan.
- Experience in critical care or similar areas.
