About The Position
Sage Specialty Hospital (LTAC) is hiring full-time Registered Nurses (RN) for day and night shifts in Baton Rouge, LA. They offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees. Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the State of Louisiana and must maintain license renewal in accordance with the standards of the LSBN.
- Positive, caring and customer-service-oriented attitude
- Current BLS and ACLS certificate required
- Time management skills and great communication is a MUST
Responsibilities
- Maintains and supervises the delivery of quality patient care by assuring that the Nursing Care Plan is developed, implemented and followed.
- Receiving admissions and/or transfers to the unit
- Initial and on-going systematic patient assessment
- Timely and accurate documentation
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data
- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Promoting continuous quality improvement
