About The Position
BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) in North Carolina to deliver compassionate, high-quality home care. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing nurses to control their own schedules for optimal work-life balance. RNs will serve local clients, providing 1:1 care to individuals of all ages and acuity levels, with the support of a reliable team and a culture focused on compassion, excellence, and reliability. The position emphasizes stability and purpose, allowing nurses to make a tangible difference in their community.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Provide care in local communities with short commute times.
- Utilize electronic charting.
- Participate in efficient onboarding and personalized, paid training.
- Engage in skill-building to prepare for a wide range of clients and acuity levels.
- Receive 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship.
