About The Position

DaVita is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting. The nurse helps ensure patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing while collaborating with a clinical team in a fast-paced environment and using critical thinking to solve problems and support patient care. Dialysis experience is not required. Training may occur at a facility or training clinic other than the assigned home clinic, and the nurse will float to various clinics during and after training. The schedule is flexible but full-time: three to four days per week, with 10-, 12-, and/or 14-hour shifts and alternating Saturdays; Sundays are off. Seasonal, part-time, short-term, and per-diem schedules are not available.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
• At least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, and Med/Surg experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• CNN certification.
