About The Position
NHC HealthCare Bluffton, a 120-bed skilled and long-term care facility located near Hilton Head, is seeking Registered Nurses to join their team. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of a nursing program accredited by the state of SC and hold a current, unencumbered license to practice in the state.
Requirements
- Graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of SC.
- Maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in the state of SC.

Responsibilities
- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized care plans.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
- Ensure appropriate nursing care is being provided.
- Assist with medications and treatments as needed.
- Perform other patient care duties as assigned.
