Requirements
- Active Texas RN license
- At least 1 year of experience
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, including wound care and dressing changes.
- Administer medications and provide teaching.
- Conduct patient assessments and follow-ups.
- Manage own visits and build relationships with patients.
