The Registered Nurse is the treatment team member who is responsible for overseeing all nursing duties and related nursing activities for clients. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for the supervision of the nursing department staff assigned to their respective shift. This is a 24/7 outpatient program offering rapid mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and medication support. Walk-ins are welcome, and clients may stay up to 24 hours. The program includes an adult unit equipped to serve 12 adults (ages 18 and up) and a BHUCC unit equipped to serve six teens (ages 13 to 17).
