About The Position

A hospital outside Butte, Montana is hiring Registered Nurses for multiple full-time, permanent, direct-hire openings in its Medical/Surgical and Circulator (Operating Room) departments. The Med/Surg schedule is 0.9 FTE, approximately 36 hours per week. Circulator nurses work four 10-hour shifts and have call requirements. Pay is $30.31–$58.63 per hour. Sign-on bonuses of up to $10,000 and retention bonuses of up to $30,000 are available for qualifying candidates. Relocation assistance may be available. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package with health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.

Registered Nurses provide professional nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams; educate and advocate for patients and families; maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance; and support care needs in the Medical/Surgical Unit or Surgical Services department.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Current Montana RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS required, or obtainable within the required timeframe depending on department.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Previous acute care and/or perioperative nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients.

• Educate and advocate for patients and families throughout the care continuum.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
