About The Position
Valley View's Calaway Young Cancer Center is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Oncology team! Oncology experience required! This is a day shift position with a great schedule: 4 day shifts a week, no weekends, no holidays!
Requirements
- Colorado RN license
- BLS (AHA)
- Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Card or obtained with 30-days of hire.
- Experience in acute care, specific patient populations and diseases.
Nice To Haves
- BSN in Nursing
- Two years oncology experience
- OCN® certification
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care with clinical expertise.
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy.
- Utilize ECOG and Performance Status scale.
- Provide patient-centered experience.
