About The Position
A great community healthcare facility located outside Elko, Nevada, is seeking Registered Nurses to join their Women's Health team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire position for a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery. The role involves assisting with childbirth, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and educating expectant mothers and their families. The community offers a slower pace of life in a tight-knit, small-town setting, known for its high-desert climate, wide-open skies, beautiful sunsets, and scenic views.
Requirements
- Must have an Active Nevada or Compact RN License
- Must have previous nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with childbirth, including coaching, positioning, and administering medications as needed.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and positive birth experiences.
- Educate and support expectant mothers and their families throughout the birthing process.
