About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab at All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI. The position is part-time and scheduled for days. The nurse will be responsible for assessing, preparing, and positioning patients for procedures, performing conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring, preparing and documenting the plan of care, communicating patient condition to the physician, and performing/facilitating diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures. They will also be responsible for setting up and providing necessary equipment and supplies.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

Assess, prepare and positions patients for procedures.
Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as necessary.
