About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Dialysis experience is not required; paid training is provided. The role offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment, long-term patient relationships, and the opportunity to apply a broad range of nursing skills with medically complex patients. Nurses collaborate with a clinical team that includes Patient Care Technicians and may float to nearby clinics. A flexible schedule is required, and training may take place at a clinic other than the nurse’s home location. The position is based at 1751 Henry Luckow Lane, Belvidere, Illinois. The listed wage range is $35.00–$49.00 per hour, with compensation dependent on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Requirements

Active RN license in the state of practice.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Basic computer proficiency.
Reliable transportation for potential floating.
Flexible schedule, including availability for shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
CNN or CDN certification.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to changes in health.
Collaborate with a clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options.
Float to nearby clinics as needed.
Participate in training, which may occur at a clinic other than the home location.
