About The Position

Mosaic in Grand Island is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join their healthcare team. The role focuses on providing care to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, emphasizing a holistic approach and building meaningful lives. Requirements

BSN or ASN from an accredited nursing program.
Active Nebraska nursing license in good standing.
Valid driver's license required.
At least 1-2 years of general nursing experience.
Current CPR and First Aid (FA) certification.
Proficiency with computers and technology is required for daily documentation and task management.
Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs.
Strong critical thinking, time management, and the ability to teach individuals from diverse cultures and learning styles.

Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Holistic Care: Review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
