About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes. We are currently hiring RNs to support scheduled day, night, and weekend shifts based on client needs in New Brunswick, NJ (08901), and surrounding areas. Opportunities may include cases throughout Middlesex and surrounding Central New Jersey communities. This opportunity is ideal for RNs looking for per diem shift work and the chance to provide focused, high-quality care in a home setting. We welcome experienced nurses with backgrounds in acute care, home care, ICU, Med-Surg, and Emergency Department.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care or home care
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical examination completed within the past year
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON test, or chest X-ray if applicable
• MMR immunization documentation
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
