Join a specialized Oncology team as an Oral Chemotherapy and Medication Support Registered Nurse, working collaboratively with another RN to support four Oncologists/Hematologists and three Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioners in a coordinated outpatient care model. In this role, you will manage a dedicated patient caseload, providing comprehensive support for patients receiving oral chemotherapy and oncology medications at home. Responsibilities include delivering patient education, ensuring consistent monitoring, and proactively managing treatment-related side effects to promote safe and effective care outside of the clinical setting.
