About The Position
Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to be a part of a dedicated team providing behavioral health care to Adults. We welcome applications from both new graduates and experienced RNs! New graduates have the opportunity to participate in our mandatory residency program, which includes monthly seminars led by the Nurse Residency Team, peer-to-peer debriefing sessions, support groups/mentoring, and rounding. Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge needs, and ongoing care requirements
- Provide clinical leadership by supervising support staff, delegating tasks appropriately, and responding effectively in emergency situations
