We are hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, hands-on nursing care in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting. This role offers a low nurse-to-resident ratio, allowing you to deliver individualized, relationship-based care while working with a supportive healthcare team. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and provide skilled nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor resident conditions
• Maintain IV/PICC lines and complete accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise and support CNAs as assigned
• Respond to changes in condition and medical emergencies
