About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Dialysis experience is not required; paid training is provided. The role involves working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, building long-term relationships with patients, and applying a broad range of nursing skills to medically complex patients. The schedule is flexible and includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The nurse may float to nearby clinics, and training may take place at a clinic other than the home location.

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating.
• Flexible schedule required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to changes in their health.
• Collaborate with a clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
• Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options.
• Float to nearby clinics as needed.
