RN Registered Nurse
About The Position

As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring patients achieve and maintain their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. This role involves assessing patient needs, revising care plans as necessary, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Requirements
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State.
- Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
- CPR certification must remain current during employment.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
- Provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment.
- Revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
- Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
