About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Sollis Health, you will provide concierge emergency and urgent care to adult and pediatric patients in the clinic, with supervision and oversight from a Physician or Advanced Care Provider. This is a part-time position in Beverly Hills, working two shifts per week from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The anticipated pay range is $65–$70 per hour; actual pay may vary based on factors including experience, location, and education. Sollis Health describes itself as an on-demand medical membership offering 24/7, 365-day access to emergency-trained medical teams, on-site labs and imaging, specialist appointments, care navigation, and virtual and in-person support.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Current California license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire.
2–3 years of prior emergency or urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

Obtain medical histories and patient vital signs, complete intake, and prioritize patient care.
Perform procedures including obtaining IV access, phlebotomy, administering vaccines, performing point-of-care rapid tests, administering IV medications and fluids, and performing EKGs.
Contribute to the patient care team and assist with care within the scope of practice.
Document patient information in Sollis’ EHR and in Salesforce for the membership team.
Maintain and track medication inventory.
Coordinate additional care with Aftercare and house-call teams or with a Medical Partner.
Work with clinical team members to adhere to policies and deliver quality care.
Help patients feel comfortable, answer their questions patiently and professionally, and communicate empathetically in a patient-centered manner.
Participate in a house call if requested.
Perform related duties as requested.
