About The Position
The Registered Nurse at WE LEVEL UP is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care. The role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient outcomes and enhance the overall experience of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in patient assessment and care planning.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare-related software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare team is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.

- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
