About The Position

The Registered Nurse at WE LEVEL UP is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care. The role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient outcomes and enhance the overall experience of care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in patient assessment and care planning.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare-related software.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare team is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
