About The Position

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate and caring Registered Nurses specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) to join their team. The role involves providing exceptional nursing care with compassion, excellence, and responsiveness in clients' homes and community settings. Nurses will utilize their clinical judgment and skills to ensure the highest quality of care, treating clients with respect, dignity, and kindness. Requirements

Current Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
Hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
Certification as Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC).
Two years previous experience in the development of wound care management programs in the hospital or community setting.
Current CPR certification required.
Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening).
Negative TB test.

Previous visiting nursing experience will be considered an asset.
