The Registered Nurse in one of our Ambulatory Wound Centers provides clinical care, care management and patient/family education to support the healing of acute and chronic wounds, in collaboration with the provider treatment team. Requirements
- ADN, Diploma in Nursing required
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience with a minimum of 1000 hours of clinical experience including wound assessment and dressings
- Active Registered Nurse license in CT required
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- >2 years of progressive wound skill experience in acute care, home care or ambulatory site preferred
- Prior wound care training preferred
- Wound Care certification preferred
