About The Position
Southern Illinois Healthcare (SIH) is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Wound Care for a day shift position. This role is responsible for the comprehensive care and management of patients with wounds and ostomies. Requirements
- Associate Degree RN
- IL licensed RN
- BLS
- 2 years RN experience

Responsibilities
- Provides case management to a group of patients completing specific assessments according to evidence-based practice/protocols.
- Demonstrates clinical competence in procedural skills, treatments, and patient/caregiver education related to wound and/or ostomy care/treatment.
- Provides efficient and effective care in collaboration with the physician.
- Manages a number of patients at the same time.
- Collaborates with other healthcare providers, Supervisors, Managers, Physicians, and Directors regarding department and patient needs.
