About The Position

This role involves leading and mentoring a dedicated clinical team, fostering a culture of professional growth and high-performance to ensure every associate reaches their full potential. The position requires coordinating daily patient access and flow to guarantee that every individual receives timely, high-quality care tailored to their specific needs. The Registered Nurse will direct nursing operations with a focus on clinical excellence, translating department objectives into tangible, high-standard patient outcomes. Additionally, the role involves evaluating and delegating clinical tasks based on individual staff strengths, ensuring the right care is delivered by the right person at the right time. Driving quality initiatives and auditing projects to proactively identify and implement improvements that elevate the standard of care for the community is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Certified in PICC Lines and midlines (if not certified at the time of hire, must demonstrate proficiency in these skills)
  • Proficient with Ultrasound Guided IVs.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Drivers License credentialed from the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles.
