About The Position
This role is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Utilization Review (UR). The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in acute medical Care Management or Utilization Management within a hospital setting. Candidates must be seasoned travelers and will not be considered if they are first-timers. The role involves working weekend shifts, with a requirement of at least 4 shifts within a 6-week period, though more may be required. The facility is an Acute Care Facility and requires business attire.
Requirements
- 3 years of acute medical Care Manager/UM experience performing utilization review in a hospital setting (not health plan/medical group).
- Seasoned traveler required.
- CA state license required.
- Must be licensed upon start date.
- Ability to work 4 weekend shifts (days) in a six-week period, potentially more.
Nice To Haves
- Pending CA state license accepted, but must be licensed upon start date.
Responsibilities
