Under the direction of the Medical Director, Provider, Practice Manager/Supervisor and/or Service Line Director, this role coordinates general office activities and performs direct clinical care in a courteous, caring, and respectful manner. The Registered Nurse is the point person for questions or concerns as it relates to patient intake, testing, ordering, medical supplies, and other clinical responsibilities. This role requires the ability to create, maintain, and support a high-functioning team, and establish and foster cooperative working relationships with staff and management. The nurse will document accurately and effectively in the EMR system according to licensure and VMG policies and procedures.
