About The Position

Join Indiana University Health’s Urology Ambulatory Clinic, a fast-paced, patient-centered practice supporting four urologic surgeons and six advanced practice providers, with continued growth on the horizon. The RN plays a vital role in triage, patient assessment, rooming, chart preparation, communicating results and treatment plans, assisting with in-office procedures, and supporting daily clinic operations. This full-time day shift (Monday-Friday) position is based in Bloomington with potential opportunities to support outreach clinics in Morgan, Bedford, and Nashville. Requirements

• Minimum of one year of RN experience
• Associates of Nursing (ASN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval)
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
• Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
• Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
