About The Position

Provides expert bedside care for patients requiring continuous telemetry surveillance, utilizing advanced clinical judgment to interpret rhythms, identify acute changes in condition, and initiate life-saving interventions. Acts as the primary clinical navigator, synchronizing physician orders and specialized therapies to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated care plan from admission through discharge. Implements complex care protocols with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining high safety standards in medication administration and patient documentation while serving as a dedicated advocate for patient needs.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
