Registered Nurse - Telemetry
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse on the Telemetry Neuro Stepdown unit at Bryn Mawr Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients within an 18-bed unit. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience with a Telemetry Neuro Stepdown patient population, which can be a stepping stone towards future Critical Care RN opportunities. Requirements
- 1 year(s) of recent telemetry Nurse experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and treatment to patients within an 18-bed unit.
- Care for a Telemetry Neuro Stepdown patient population.
- Participate in Interdisciplinary Team collaboration.
- Engage in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
