Responsibilities
- Assumes principal responsibility for the total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation of each assigned patient.
- Initiates teaching and educates the patient and family/or significant other to attain optimal health.
- Access to all Patient Health Information for treatment purposes only.
