About The Position

As a Registered Nurse on the 24-bed Telemetry/Ortho unit at Lankenau Medical Center, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to adult patients with telemetry and orthopedic needs. This role offers opportunities for professional development through tuition reimbursement, engagement in various nursing committees and projects, and advancement via the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

• 1 year of recent RN experience required.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Nice To Haves

• Acute care experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and treatment to adult patients with telemetry and orthopedic needs.
• Participate in an Interdisciplinary Team.

• Participate in Unit Councils.

• Precept new staff.
