About The Position
This is a Registered Nurse position in the TCU (Transitional Care Unit) / Sub-Acute unit of a Skilled Nursing Facility. The TCU focuses on rehabilitation and has an 87-bed capacity, covering various system diagnoses with specific admit criteria. It is a distinct part of the main hospital and does not provide custodial or long-term care. The average nurse to patient ratio is 1:8-10.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience required.
- Must have BCLS certification.
- Must have a valid RN license.
- Must be able to work every other weekend.
- All RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.
- Must be able to work as a local hire.

- Pending on-call requirement.
- Pending floating between like units.
- Pending license acceptance.
