About The Position
This is a full-time Registered Nurse position within the Surgical Service Training program for the Operating Room, starting in September 2026. The role involves a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts, operating on a rotating Monday-Friday schedule. The position is based in Davie Medical Center - Administration: Surgery.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of applicable state required.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize tasks/goals in a timely manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepares for classroom and clinical work prior to scheduling meetings.
- Completes exams on scheduled days.
- Maintains clinical records of cases.
- Maintains positive attitude in clinical rotations.
- Provides age-developmental appropriate care in accordance with Age/Developmental Specific Guidelines for the age groups served when participating in patient care.
