About The Position

A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its surgical care team. This position provides direct support in the operating room, assisting surgeons during procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring safe, high‑quality patient care. While the role is open to experienced surgical nurses, candidates with pediatric surgical or perioperative experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as the position involves supporting pediatric patients in a cardiac and perioperative setting.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in a surgical or perioperative setting.
• Prior First Assist experience required.
• Strong knowledge of surgical anatomy, physiology, and operative techniques.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative assistance to surgeons during surgical procedures.
