Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills across a variety of nursing disciplines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for nursing team members.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient care quality and safety, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Participate in staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs and maintain optimal staffing levels.
