About The Position

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring Night Shift Registered Nurses, RN Supervisor. Awesome opportunity with flexible scheduling: (5) 8 hours shifts, (3) 12.5 hour shifts, (4) 10 hour shifts, (2) 12 hour shifts and (2) 8 hour shifts. Join a fantastic company and facility. Requirements

• Nursing and Management experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Must be an RN, Registered Nurse graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have current RN License and current CPR or BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• BSN is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directing, initiating and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care.
• Performing resident/patient assessments.
• Assisting Physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Preparing equipment, applying/changing dressings, and monitoring patients.
• Checking residents/patients’ vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records
• Overseeing clinical operations, the RN Supervisor also handles various administrative tasks
• Administering prescribed medications and injections.
• Acting as a leader in providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
• Assisting in the admissions and discharge process
