About The Position
Griswold Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse/Supervisor for their new West Charlotte office. This part-time position, with potential to grow to full-time, offers flexibility in building a caseload and the opportunity to provide exceptional care to clients in their homes. The role is suitable for new graduates, experienced clinicians, or semi-retired nurses seeking balance and autonomy. Requirements
- Registered Nurse license
- Experience as a clinician
- Ability to develop and maintain client care plans
- Skills in conducting supervisory visits and in-home assessments
- Capability to monitor client condition and recommend adjustments
- Proficiency in providing caregiver training and ensuring competency
- Ability to reassess clients regularly
- Strong documentation skills
- Clear communication skills

Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining individualized client care plans
- Completing supervisory visits and in-home assessments
- Monitoring client condition and recommending care adjustments
- Providing hands-on caregiver training
- Ensuring caregiver competency with delegated tasks
- Reassessing clients every 90 days or sooner if needed
- Documenting changes in condition and updating care plans
- Communicating clearly with clients, families, and the care team
