About The Position

RN Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role overseeing the daily operations and clinical coordination of both primary care and specialty care services. You’ll provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of Medical Assistants and back-office clinical staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence in patient care Key responsibilities include: Supervising and mentoring registered nurses and support staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Ensuring optimal patient flow and efficient utilization of resources to meet the demand for services. Addressing patient care or service problems promptly and effectively. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitoring and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Managing staffing schedules and ensuring adequate coverage to meet patient needs. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve the efficiency of the center.

Requirements

  • This position requires current licensure as a registered nurse plus one years' increasingly responsible health care operations experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resourcesrequired.
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills andconflict mediation ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams also required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
  • Current RN Supervisory experience and or Charge RN experience is strongly preferred.
