About The Position
This position is responsible for all aspects of nursing care and for supervising clinical support and nursing staff. The Supervisor oversees day-to-day staff activities and interacts, coordinates, and facilitates activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, valid license from the State Board of Nursing.
- At least 1 year of experience supervising and managing staff in a healthcare environment.
- Valid BLS certification or higher, following American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines.
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of geriatric nursing experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin.
