About The Position
Come join us at St. Patrick's Residence! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1964. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents. We are seeking an RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor.
Requirements
- Current IL RN - Registered Nurse License.
- Minimum of one year in Long-Term Care.
- Minimum of one year of Nursing Supervisory experience, in Long-Term Care or a hospital.
- BLS certification.
- Be able to cover for occasional call-offs as needed.
- Experience in promoting and facilitating teamwork.
Nice To Haves
- PCC experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily activity of Nurses and CNAs.
- Complete required documentation.
- Make daily rounds of assigned units.
- Communicate with DON/ADON.
- Complete necessary logs, audits.
