Requirements

Active RN license required
Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting required
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple responsibilities
Effective communication and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents as needed
Supervise and support nursing staff during overnight shifts
Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Lead resident assessments and support care planning processes
Respond to clinical concerns and urgent situations across the community
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families as needed
Oversee assigned areas of the facility and maintain a safe, efficient environment
Foster a positive, professional, and accountable care environment
