About The Position
St. Patrick's Residence, a faith-based, nonprofit, short-term rehabilitation and skilled geriatric care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, has served the community since 1964. It is described as a place of life, caring, and a true home for its residents. The facility is seeking an RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor for a part-time night shift position.
Requirements
- Current IL RN - Registered Nurse License.
- Minimum of one year in Long-Term Care.
- Minimum of one year of Nursing Supervisory experience, in Long-Term Care or a hospital.
- BLS certification.
- Be able to cover for occasional call-offs as needed.
- Experience in promoting and facilitating teamwork.
Nice To Haves
- PCC experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily activity of Nurses and CNAs.
- Complete required documentation.
- Make daily rounds of assigned units.
- Communicate with DON/ADON.
- Complete necessary logs, audits.
