About The Position
Pleasant View Communities is a Life Plan Community located in Manheim, PA, seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisors. We are committed to resident-centered care and believe in the happiness of our team. This part-time position involves supervising staff, responding to resident needs, communicating with physicians and families, and administering medications and treatments. Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Strong computer skills
- Enjoy working with the senior population
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff
- Respond to all units for falls and changes in condition
- Communicate with physicians and resident families
- Administer medication and treatments
