About The Position
Join our team at Park Lane Post Acute, a skilled nursing facility in West Chester, Pennsylvania, as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Weekends. As a supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff on our night shift, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. Shifts available 11:00pm-7:00am Every Other Weekend
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Previous Supervisor experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
- Oversee implementation of resident care plans
- Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates
- Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
- Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
