About The Position

Pediatric Specialty Care at Point Pleasant is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide shift leadership and support the delivery of high-quality care to medically fragile and technology-dependent infants, children, and young adults. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who is prepared for pediatric clinical complexity and enjoys guiding a nursing team. You’ll help nurses and direct-care staff respond confidently to residents’ changing needs while promoting strong communication, clinical standards, and consistency across the shift. This position offers part-time day and night opportunities with 12-hour shifts, an every-other-weekend requirement, and a four-week rotating schedule. A night-shift differential is available for eligible hours.

Requirements

Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing or an active multistate RN license with authorization to practice in Pennsylvania
Nursing leadership or supervisory experience
Clinical judgment and preparation appropriate for caring for medically complex pediatric residents
Strong communication, organization, and team-support skills

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and nursing oversight throughout the assigned shift.
Support nurses and direct-care team members in delivering safe, individualized care.
Monitor resident needs and help coordinate timely responses to changes in condition.
Serve as a clinical resource when team members need guidance, assistance, or escalation.
Promote clear communication during the shift and through change-of-shift reporting.
Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary partners to maintain continuity of care.
Reinforce clinical standards, accountability, and a calm, well-coordinated care environment.
Help create a workplace where team members feel supported and residents are treated with dignity and respect.
