About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown for a 13-week travel assignment in Keene, NH. This position involves coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. The patient population includes Adult-Geriatric.

Requirements

2+ years Med Surg experience
Willing to float
CARDIAC DRIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE/MANAGEMENT REQUIRED
Must have EPIC experience
Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle
Must have New Hampshire RN license or Compact
Must have Active American Heart Association ACLS
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages
Drug screen and background check (facility required)
Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Nice To Haves

NIHSS certification is strongly preferred
