Registered Nurse - Step Down (Nursing)
About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool who has at least 2 years of Stepdown experience and prior travel experience. The nurse will be required to float between the medical floor, stepdown/ICU, and surg/onc units. Patient ratios will be 1:5 to 6. BLS & ACLS are required. While Stepdown experience is required, ICU experience is preferred. The patients cared for will primarily be of the stepdown variety, rather than heavy ICU patients. The EMR system used is Epic. This position requires a HWL prescreen with a manager direct interview and offer. A 200-mile radius rule applies. All RTO or schedule requests must be submitted with the application, as HCF will not approve requests after submission. Requirements
- 2 years of Stepdown experience required.
- Prior travel experience required.
- BLS required.
- ACLS required.
- Floating is REQUIRED.
