About The Position

We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our care team! We are hiring for Full-Time Day and Night positions for both RNs and STNAs. Requirements

• Current, valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, clinical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care while supporting patients with their individual needs and goals.
• RNs provide nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate care.
• STNAs assist with activities of daily living, mobility, comfort, and other patient care needs.
• Accurately document patient information, care provided, and changes in condition while communicating important information to the nursing team.
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care.
