About The Position
Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (SANE) to join its collaborative Emergency Department team in Marysville, Ohio. The nurse triages patients according to severity of illness and uses the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care. The role also includes providing for safe discharge, educating patients, arranging appropriate follow-up referrals, and communicating with ED physicians, staff, and other departments. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
- Emergency Department experience.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification within six months of hire.
- PALS certification within six months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Triage patients according to severity of illness.
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care.
